Commercial Terms and Conditions

Transparency on the terms for doing business with MP Materials.

Relevant local, state, and federal laws

Including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti-corruption, human rights, and labor laws.

We also require suppliers to implement due diligence procedures for their own supply chains to prevent human rights violations including forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking.
