We collaborate closely with customers to engineer NdFeB alloy flake compositions optimized for specific downstream magnet compositions. Our flake is particularly suited for high-performance applications, enabling the creation of magnets that perform reliably under extreme temperatures and demanding conditions.

Our NdFeB alloy flake is produced from domestically-sourced materials tracing back to Mountain Pass in California. This local sourcing enhances supply chain resilience and guarantees the provenance and quality of raw materials, supporting our mission to build a diverse and resilient U.S. supply chain for magnet manufacturing.

Our Independence facility houses an 8,000 square foot pilot plant and an integrated analytical laboratory equipped to perform Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) spectroscopy, combustion analysis, inert gas fusion analysis, profilometry for surface measurements, optical microscopy for detailed structural inspection, and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) for high-resolution imaging. These comprehensive analytical capabilities ensure tight quality control, allowing us to consistently meet and exceed customer specifications.
