Todd Litinsky is Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning at MP Materials (NYSE: MP), where he directs the company’s long-range growth initiatives and positioning within the rapidly evolving rare earth market. Since joining MP Materials in 2021, Todd has leveraged his background in investment, finance, and strategic operations to help guide the company’s expansion into critical midstream and downstream operations.

Before joining MP Materials, Todd served as a Managing Director at JHL Capital Group, an alternative investment management firm and the founding shareholder of MP Materials. Prior to JHL Capital Group, Todd was a Senior Analyst at Starwood Real Estate Securities, the hedge fund affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, where he was responsible for coverage of a wide range of real estate securities. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Finance at Sunstone Hotel Investors and began his professional journey in the M&A group at Merrill Lynch.

Todd holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.B.A. from Emory University. He serves on the board of the DeGregorio Family Foundation.
