Mia Danburg is the Chief Human Resources Officer at MP Materials (NYSE: MP), where she oversees organizational development, benefits and compensation, and workforce management. With more than 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and aerospace industries, Mia brings deep expertise in aligning human resources strategy with business priorities to drive performance and growth.

Prior to joining MP Materials, Mia served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Verus Aerospace. Her career includes leadership roles at Pratt & Whitney, Carrier, and Barnes Group, where she led the development of high-impact HR programs across global teams.

Mia holds master’s degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Clark University, and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
