Kevin Colborne is the Chief Commercial Officer of MP Materials (NYSE: MP), where he oversees the company’s commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, and business development. Kevin joined MP Materials in 2026 after advising the company on its transformational public-private partnership with the U.S. Department of War and related financings.

Before joining MP Materials, Kevin was Co-Head of North American Mining Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan and a key contributor to the firm’s $1.5 trillion Security and Resiliency Initiative (SRI). Earlier in his career, he served as a Vice President in the Global Metals and Mining Investment Banking group at BMO Capital Markets, with a focus on critical minerals.

Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration, with distinction, from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
